About Documx

A clear, source-checked roadmap — not a consultation service

Documx publishes one product: a step-by-step PDF guide that helps U.S. citizens plan a move to Mexico. Here's who makes it and how we work.

Who we are

Documx ([Documx — legal entity name pending]) is an independent publisher. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or government agency. Our work is organizing and explaining publicly available official information into a single, practical guide.

How we research and review

We write from official primary sources — Mexican government authorities such as the SRE and INM, and, for U.S.-specific topics, resources like the IRS, the U.S. State Department, Medicare, and the Social Security Administration. Competitor research informs how we organize and present information; it never substitutes for a primary source on a factual claim.

Content is reviewed periodically against current official guidance. Each page that makes factual claims links to the source behind it and notes when it was last reviewed.

What this site is not

Documx is not a visa application service, a law firm, or a personalized consultation. We don't process applications, represent clients before any government authority, or guarantee eligibility, approval, or outcomes. For your specific case, consult the relevant government authority or a qualified immigration or tax professional.

Documx is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with the Government of Mexico or the U.S. government. The guide is for general information and does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, or medical advice.
